A project for the times - with the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 came a drastic shift in the music landscape, towards live online performance and digital materials. The Instagram Etudes are written in this spirit - the composition process is done live on stream, with the resulting pieces limited to a minute in length, so as to be maximally shareable on social media platforms.
